At Truffle India, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all tags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Truffle India account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the products securely in their original box and wait for our courier partner to arrive for a doorstep quality check and pickup.

• 3.
  Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse, our team will verify the condition of the product within 48 hours of receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Upon successful verification, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your replacement item will be dispatched immediately.
